Artwork Submission

We do not provide graphic design services. You must submit print-ready artwork when placing an order. You will be prompted to upload artwork files to our server after completing your order. Please refer to the file setup guidelines below.

File Setup Guidelines

Please be sure that your final artwork adheres to our strict file guidelines shown below.

• Approved Design Software: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
• Recommended File Type: PDF
• Acceptable File Types (additional fees apply): Jpeg, TIFF, EPS, PSD
• Resolution: 300 dpi
• Color Mode: Grayscale
• Fonts: Convert to outlines ( Illustrator & InDesign only )
• Bleeds: Not available for 1 color envelopes. Please keep artwork 3/8" away from the edges.
• Safe Area: Keep text and critical artwork 3/8" away from the edges.
• Do not include crop marks in your artwork. Setup page size to exact finished size.
• If you are unsure of the printability of your artwork, please request a PDF proof during checkout.

Failure to adhere to file setup guidelines will delay your order.

Turnaround Time

• File cutoff is at 9 AM
• Turnaround time begins from the time of proof approval
• Turnaround times are estimates (not guaranteed). 99.9% of orders ship on time. Please select rush production if available and necessary.
