- If you MAKE file cutoff, turnaround time begins the day AFTER you submit your order
- If you MISS file cutoff, turnaround time begins 2 DAYS AFTER you submit your order
- Turnaround times do not include weekends/holidays and do not include shipping transit times
- Turnaround times are estimates (not guaranteed). 99.9% of orders ship on time. Please select rush production if available and necessary.
Vinyl Banner Printing comes in full color on one side, with 2 stocks to choose from and are available in many popular sizes. Keep in mind that there are no limits to what you can print on your banners. A full color photograph will not affect the pricing.
Note: Due to material all substrates may expand or shrink from batch to batch, making exact cuts very difficult. We do not recommend borders. If you would like borders please make sure they are at least 2" thick. We will not reprint if the borders are not exactly the same on all sides after hemming.

Finishing Options
Grommets: Grommets provide a convenient method for attaching the banner at regular points. This distributes weight and helps to keep the banner from sagging.
Hemmed Edges: Hemmed edges are typically used to reinforce the sides of the vinyl banners, helping maintain the banner's shape and prevent stretching.
Pole Pockets: Pole Pockets allow for rigid poles to be inserted along the edges of the banner. This allows for a more even distribution of the banner's weight to prevent sagging.
Artwork Submission
We do not provide graphic design services. You must submit print-ready artwork when placing an order. You will be prompted to upload artwork files to our server after completing your order. Please refer to the file setup guidelines below.
File Setup Guidelines
Please be sure that your final artwork adheres to our strict file guidelines shown below.
- Approved Design Software: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
- Recommended File Type: PDF
- Acceptable File Types (additional fees apply): Jpeg, TIFF, EPS, PSD
- Resolution: 150 dpi
- Color Mode: CMYK
- Solid Black Areas: For large areas of black coverage, use the following mixture: 60% Cyan, 60% Magenta, 60% Yellow, 100% Black. This will ensure a deep, rich black once printed.
- Fonts: Convert to outlines ( Illustrator & InDesign only )
- Bleeds: 1/4" on all sides
- Safe Area: Keep text and critical artwork 2" away from all edges, since we will be folding the edges over for hemming and grommets
- Do not include crop marks in your artwork.
- If you are unsure of the printability of your artwork, please request a PDF proof during checkout.
